SERVICES
Instrument
Calibration:
Our qualified Instrument technicians have the training and equipment
necessary to test and verify the accuracy of process control instrumentation.
They will use the OEM stated procedure to correct any inaccuracies
and document their findings. We offer this service in-plant and
can usually do the testing without removing the equipment from its
location or disturbing the normal process operation.
Calibration
Certification:
We can provide calibration service, documentation & certificates
of calibration to meet the required testing standards for process
control and monitoring instrumentation in the manufacturing environment.
Our technicians & support staff are well versed in many of the
certification requirements of the aircraft, automotive, food, military
and heat treating industries.
N.I.S.T.
Traceability Certification:
Our test equipment is, itself, maintained and tested against known
standards at a qualified calibration lab. All documentation necessary
to show good working order and traceability to the N.I.S.T. is kept
on file at our facility and provided to our Customers upon request
or as required by testing specifications. Our Primary field calibration
units are tested quarterly.
System
Loop Checks:
All Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Services include complete
control loop testing. The entire control and/or monitoring system
of a process, from the input/process sensing device to the control
and monitoring units to the final output device, is checked for
proper operation & calibration. |
