Instrument Repair & Process Control Services:
Our experienced Process Control Technicians can trouble shoot and service all types of process instruments and/or control loops: Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, PH, Flame Safeguard and more. We work on processes in all types of industries including General Manufacturing, Food, Metal Fabrication, Heat Treating, Extruding, Refining, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Petrol-Chemical, Paint Drying, Coating & Finishing, Paving & Asphalt, Packaging and Waste Water Management. We specialize in Process Control service right at the Customer’s site. We offer Emergency service 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Flame Safeguard Controls:
Industrial Instrumentation Inc. offers a full line of service and supplies for Process Burner Controls and/or Boiler System Flame Safety Controls. We can troubleshoot and adjust burner ignition & flame sensing equipment. We service and sell most types of flame safety sensors, electronics and control valves from manufacturers such as Honeywell, Fire-eye, Protection Controls, Eclipse, North American and Maxon. We offer 24 hour Emergency service, 7 days a week.

Preventative Maintenance:
Triple "I" Preventive Maintenance Service. We offer this scheduled event and we can provide for periodic service calls (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) to clean, adjust, test and calibrate the instruments and control systems throughout a Customer’s plant. We will supply Qualified Technicians to completely check all the instruments and their associated control/process loops. We can include in this PM Service, a Certification of Calibration, with documentation and N.I.S.T. traceability.

The benefits of this maintenance program will be assurance of instrument accuracy, elimination of most instrument related problems, consistent process control and a decrease in process downtime caused by control failure.

System Loop Checks:
All Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Services include complete control loop testing. The entire control and/or monitoring system of a process, from the input/process sensing device to the control/monitoring units to the final output device, is checked for proper operation and calibration.

Instrument Service Contracts:
Instrument service contracts, such as our Triple "I" Preventive Maintenance Service, offer our Customer’s a no-hassle way to maintain instrumentation systems throughout their plant. We quote a fixed yearly price to perform the PM Service and we keep track of service intervals. When the service is to be done, we contact the Customer and schedule a PM call that is convenient for them and their production schedule. Each Service Contract is custom tailored to Our Customer’s Instrumentation Service needs.

An added benefit of Our Service Contracts is a discounted labor rate and priority status for emergency service.

Instrument Service Support:
We can supply trained technical support personnel to supplement in-plant Instrument Technical Staff during outages or maintenance shutdowns. Our Specialist can, also, provide in-house training and consultation to plant personnel involved in Instrument/Electronic equipment maintenance and repair.

System Start Up:
Industrial Instrumentation Inc. can provide trained personnel to completely checkout process systems prior to a new system startup or existing system restart. Our Specialist have the experience to set initial control values and tuning parameters (PID Loops) for most processes and can fine tune the operation of control loops at startup. We can, also, provide startup troubleshooting and re-engineering.

New Equipment Installation:
Industrial Instrumentation can install all-types of manufacturers’ instrumentation for process control and/or monitoring equipment for new processes or upgrading existing processes. We can, also, supply Installation Support, Engineering, System Integration & Panel Fabrication for new equipment and processes.

Small System Engineering:
Our Process Control Engineers can design, help design or offer consultation in the application of a control system for most types of manufacturing processes.

Panel Fabrication:
Industrial Instrumentation Inc. has the capability to construct custom control panel systems per Customer specs or engineering drawings. We use our process control experience to acquire the specified panel components, construct, fully test and deliver the requested Process System Panels in a timely manner. We can, also, provide the panel engineering per a Customer’s requirements.

System Integration:
Our experience in all areas of process control & monitoring along with our exposure to a diverse group of industries has provided us with a unique knowledge of which components will work well together and which ones will not. We use this experience when consulting on or providing instrumentation for an Integrated Control and Process System.
